The following locations in VA topped the 100 degree mark and it's
observation marking this temp:
Petersburg 102F

Dewpoint: 22.0°C (72°F) [RH = 38%]
Pressure (altimeter): 30.07 inches Hg (1018.4 mb)
Winds: from the SW (230 degrees) at 3 MPH (3 knots; 1.6 m/s)
Visibility: 7 miles (11 km)
Ceiling: at least 12,000 feet AGL
Clouds: sky clear below 12,000 feet AGL
