Hundreds of homes flooded and power cuts in Transylvania (__nsou_ap)

"Flooding and high winds swept parts of northwest Romania, leaving
hundreds of houses inundated and cutting off electricity before
subsiding Monday.

In central Transylvania, trees toppled onto electricity pylons,
   leaving several localities without power, including the city of Blaj,
    some 340 kilometers (210 miles) northwest of Bucharest. Strong winds
                    uprooted trees in several villages."
