Minn. Residents Brace for More Rain (Associated Press)

Residents of northwestern Minnesota stacked sandbags against rising water
and braced for more rain Monday, following weekend downpours that washed
out highways and rural roads.

Norman County received more than 8 inches of rain on Saturday, and more
rain was forecast Monday.

"We've had water in the last 24 hours that we've never seen before," said
county emergency director Kevin Ruud.
