yes my mother lives in Germany and she told me that two men went to the
underground parking area where their cars were to try to get them to safty
but the flood came so fast they drowned. also a 77 year old woman went into
her celler to try to get some of her belongings up to safty however again
the flood came to fast and she drowned.
