Here is some additional information on the storms in Centre county,
Pennsylvania on the evening of 6/4... amateur reports of over 3" of rain
in the western part of the county. 2.7" reported in one hour near
Philpsburg, 3.5" total reported somewhere else. Considerable flooding
and erosion in western State College, large land-lakes that haven't
existed before :)

Also rotation and possible funnel cloud reported in Pine Grove Mills.
