"Many property owners in the Bear Creek area of Luzerne County have a
mighty mess on their hands. That's after three inches of rain fell
yesterday in less than an hour.

Apparently the Bear Creek Dam just could not handle all that rain in
such a short period of time. Water went up and over and flooded that
area. Skycam 16 shows you what the raging current did to this bridge
along Route 115.

Some houses and cars in Bear Creek Township are surrounded by water.
People had to be rescued from their homes. "

Thanks Charlie Anzman, PoconoWeather.com for the tip.
