This just breaking news coming in from the news conference currently in
progress live on msnbc and cnn the captain was behind the wheel at the
time of the accident and it was not raining...competly clear
weather...they interviewed the captian and got this information and he
said he had a seizure then in turn loosing control of the barge/tug boat
and running into the bridge.
