FRONT WILL SET UP ACROSS NORTHERN PENNSYLVANIA SUNDAY MORNING. WEAK LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEMS WILL MOVE ALONG THIS BOUNDARY AND ACT ON DEEP TROPICAL
MOISTURE TO PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS FROM SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS.
PERIODS OF HEAVY RAINFALL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS FRONT ARE LIKELY FROM SUNDAY
THROUGH MONDAY MORNING. RAINFALL TOTALS OVER TWO INCHES ARE LIKELY BY
MONDAY MORNING.
