Just when you thought spring might actually BE here...

>From about mid morning onwards tilla bout 8 PM or so..my location in western
WI experiecned moderate to occasionally heavy snowfall. Rather warm ground
temperatures pretty much kept anything from sticking around and therefore
made measuring amounts nearly impossible...however..NWS in Chanhassen MN
reported around 5 inches and a little over 6 inches were reported 8 miles
west of St. Cloud MN.

At this time the snow has ended and pretty much turned over to a very light
freezing drizzle. As things cool down furhter tonight road/travel conditions
are expected to become hazardous with all the slush on the road freezing
over.

Hard to believe just a few days ago it was in the 90's and we had severe
weather widespread across the Midwest...Such are the joys and wonders of
Spring time weather.
