Winter Weather Returns To PA/NY
Bradford PA and Jamestown NY are reporting light snow at 1PM on Sunday
4/21/2002. Here at WeatherMatrix HQ in Central PA we just had some heavy
rain mixed with light sleet. The temperature has been falling since last
evening and is now 42. The wind chill was down to 29 this
morning. Temperatures in PA & NY are in the 30s and 40s.
