WeatherMatrix HQ Report on Extreme Heat Wave

Here at WeatherMatrix HQ (central PA) we have reached 90.4 degrees on April
17th. Why is this significant? Well, besides being 31 DEGREES ABOVE THE
NORMAL HIGH... higher temperatures have only been achieved 4 times EVER in
the past 2 years and ALL of those were within a 3-week period from July-August.
