The SPC has issued a HIGH RISK Of Severe Weather for areas of the
Northern Plains today. I think this is the first high risk of the
year. It is NOT surrounded by a Moderate Risk area so the severe area
is isolated. It stretches from eastern Nebraska to the state of
Minnesota. The main threat is wind over the entire area, hail on the
southern edge.

data.
