The measured high today at my house was an astounding 91 degrees F,
breaking the old record daily high of 84 degree F. This was recorded
consistently from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm at far south east Milwaukee, less
than 400 yards from Lake Michigan. The official reporting station for
Milwaukee is Mitchell International Airport that reported 89 degrees at
4:00 p.m.
