[STORMREPORTS] Very Warm in Pennsylvania!

The temperature this morning at Indiana PA at 12Z was 70 degrees. The
normal low temperature for the nearest climatological station (Johnstown
PA) is 37 degrees. This puts them at 33 degrees above the normal low,
and in fact 9 degrees above their normal HIGH for the date!
