A hard freeze is expected tonight and frost/freeze warnings have been
issued by the National Weather Service for parts of Pennsylvania, Maryland,
Virginia, Delaware, and the Carolinas.

Here at WeatherMatrix HQ (Central PA) tonight, the low temperatures are
predicted to be....

26 (DTN)
22 (NWS)
20 (Weather.com, AccuWeather, NiceWeatherj, WSI Intellicast,
TravelForecast.com)

This information was obtained by WeatherMatrix Waterloo which displays all
companies' forecasts from one page:

Our normal low is 35. The record (of 11 in 1982) is not likely to be in
danger. I have 3 weather stations at the house tracking the temperature
and other conditions here:

However, east of here, the NWS has issued the following statement: "The
record low for April 7th is 15 at Williamsport and 19 at Harrisburg.
Atmospheric conditions look Ideal tonight for temperatures to fall to near
these values. There is a small probability that temperatures may fall lower
and record lows may be set at both Williamsport and Harrisburg tomorrow
morning."
