Severe storms are currently training over the
Houston Metro Area. At my location, I rec'd 1.05" of
rain in 45 minutes...no power lost, but constant
lightning for about 15 minutes.
Just west of me(20 miles)wind blew shingles off of
houses along with golfball hail and trees down in a
subdivision in the Brookshire/Sealy area.
In El Campo(60 miles southwest of Houston) baseball
hail was reported along with a few reports of golfball
hail SW of El Campo.
These storms had a max. DBZ of 72.
Three inch hail was reported in Alego(15 miles west
of Fort Worth) with golfball hail covering the ground
on Interstate 20.
