[STORMREPORTS] Springtime in Nebraska

When it's springtime in Nebraska, and the windchill is 15 below........

On Wednesday PM in York, Nebraska (50miles west of Lincoln) it was 62
degrees, 40 minutes later the temperature was 40 and the wind had picked
up from 3-5 MPH to 25-30 MPH with gusts to 40. Wind chills Thursday at
6 AM were ranging from 5 above to 15 below.
We had better weather in January!!!!
