Temperatures have plunged to -13 in the Prescott Area over night. Currently no wind and no clouds and allowed temps to drop. Everyone should be reminded that it only takes seconds for these temperatures to destroy skin. Cold air can irritate conditions of asthma and other respiratory infections.
Dress warm, cover your face with a scarf or other material. This will draw warmer air from around your body and lesson the effects of below zero air temps.
