[STORMREPORTS] Unusually Cold Temperatures at WeatherMatrix HQ

Here at WeatherMatrix HQ in Central PA, temperatures have been dropping
quickly this evening and winds have continued to be brisk. Temperatures
are frigid, especially for March, and it is around 13 degrees at
7:30pm. This is the coldest evening temperature of the season. The normal
evening temperature for this date would be in the low to mid 30s. Today's
HIGH temperature of 24 degrees is our normal LOW temperature for the date.

Wind chills have dropped to -18 °F {at} 07:06 pm or -15 °F {at} 07:02 pm
depending on which weather station you believe. This is the coldest wind
chill this season and max also exceed last year's low.
