SE Iowa finally recieves its first snowfall of the Winter solstice.
Snowfall began approx. {at} 05:15hrs on Wed. morning. The week began with
unseasonably 60F weather. The temp. dropped and lingered around freezing
on tuesday causing dense fog with visibility less than 1/4 mile in many
SE Iowa areas.
