"Albany, New York, reported a snowstorm total of 17.4 inches,
               making this past storm Sunday the fifth greatest January
snowstorm on
               record. Also, the liquid equivalent for this past storm
was 1.22
               inches. This is the greatest water equivalent record for

               storm since March 30."
