For WeatherMatrix HQ in Central PA:
Accuweather going 3-4 inches, NWS 2-3" by tomorrow morning, for
WeatherMatrix HQ (State College, PA). Snowing already in Clearfield,
Altoona, will start here presently. Temps are very warm (38) so it
won't stick to the roads until tonight. Temps should fall a couple
degrees when the precip starts (evaporational cooling). Overall I'm not
impressed with the warm temps here. Temps vary greatly across the state
from mid 20's to mid 30's.
