Got first hand word on the conditions in and around Buffalo.Have a friend
who left Fredonia about 40 miles down the Thruway from Buff.Said the raod
conditions were fair.Snow with some icy spots but passable.However there was
enpough junk on the road to cause a pile-up that closed the PA portion of
I-90.
He also said they had about 2" in Fredonia when lake effect wandered it's
way south ward for about an hour.
