SUBJECT: Flooding continues...

Flooding continues in South Texas in the Guadalupe river
basin near the North end of San Antonio Bay. The river level
is at 23.2 feet measured at Dupont. Moderate low land
flooding continues at this time. Live stock and some homes
are in danger. Oil field tank batteries and pump jacks are
cut off in some areas. Rain is expected tonight & tomorrow
which will slow the fall of the river and the draining of
low land areas. Chances of rain, are about 40-60% over the
next 3 days. Matagorda Bay at this time is choppy and small
craft are advised to stay near shore.
