[STORMREPORTS] Snow in Central PA

A little more than what was expected today here at WeatherMatrix HQ
during our first significant snow of the season. It is now starting to
actually lay on the road, which we didn't expect. Has been snowing
since 11am, accumulating since 1pm.

The snow was confined to Central PA this morning but has now spread into
northern PA:

Looking around at the available DOT cams, there is a little accumulation
in the northern counties already and this will get worse throughout the
day, as the road temps are near freezing there.
