Now there's something you don't see everyday! A TORNADO WATCH is
currently in effect for parts of Northern California.

In addition the SPC has issued a Slight Risk of severe thunderstorms for
this area.

"VISIBLE IMAGERY INDICATES POCKET OF CLEAR SKIES OVER PARTS OF THE
SAC VALLEY...AHEAD OF MORE CELLULAR ACTIVITY SPREADING INLAND
ACROSS NRN CA ATTM.
...LOW LEVEL SHEAR WOULD SUPPORT ROTATION AND POSSIBLE SHALLOW
SUPERCELLS INTO THE EARLY EVENING..."
