Hurricane approaches Leningrad region

ST. PETERSBURG, Nov 15, 2001 (Itar-Tass via COMTEX) -- A hurricane with
the gales of wind as strong as 20 meters per second approached the
Leningrad region Thursday night. The St. Petersburg weather survey
center said the speed of wind might reach 30 meters per second in
remaining hours of Thursday and the early morning Friday.
