I heard a report on PBS radio this afternoon about drought and fire
conditions in Eastern Kentucky today. Their problem apparently will be
greatly exacerbated if rain in measureable amounts does not occur in the
next several weeks. In seven weeks, it will be their longest drought since
recording of these things. The person being interviewed indicated that arson
was a big factor in the problem. Perhaps their are Eastern Kentucky members
who can comments. Richard Macomber-Cape Coral, FL
