Hello,
Low temperatures this morning across the Northeast were very cold, many locations were in the teens. In Perkasie, PA north of Philadelphia, we briefly touched 19 degrees for the morning low. The low was 18 at Millville in Southern New Jersey and I believe 16 in Saranac Lake, NY and 15 in Westhampton Beach, NY.
