"Government issued "Red Flag" warnings have gone up for Monday &
Tuesday in portions of Virginia, the Carolinas, and Georgia because of a
high fire danger for the region. Factors leading to this threat are
gusty
north-northeast winds, daytime relative humidities below 25%, and little
rain in the past several weeks..."
