TAIPEI, Sept 24 — Taiwan, still cleaning up from a
               devastating typhoon that killed about 100 people
               last week, issued land and sea warnings on
               Monday as a new storm menaced the island.The
               Central Weather Bureau said Typhoon Lekima,
               continuing to gain strength, was moving very
               slowly towards Taiwan, suggesting its impact
               could last for days — much like killer Typhoon
               Nari.
