PHNOM PENH, Cambodia (Reuters) -- Dozens of Cambodians
have been killed and hundreds of thousands made homeless by
flooding, but drought elsewhere in the country has prompted aid
workers to distribute food, the Cambodian Red Cross said on
Saturday.
