CINCINNATI, July 18 — Thunderstorms dumped up
to 6 inches of rain on the city, causing two
deaths and knocking out power to more than
20,000 residents. The deluge also swept away a
16-year-old girl who was missing early
Wednesday, the Hamilton County sheriff’s
office said. She was among four occupants of a
sport utility vehicle that had been caught in high
water.
