People living in a Hernando County neighborhood are on edge, as the ground is
opening up beneath them.In the last week, there have been 35 reports of
sinkholes opening up near Mariner Blvd., many of which have threatened homes
and closed roads. The holes have been as deep as 45 feet.Authorities say
Mariner Blvd. is closed to traffic, and will remain so at least until
mid-week.
