New Hampton, Mason City, Waterloo, and kinds of those
city's in Iowa have only competed 7% of there rain
fall rates this Month. These city need at least 2
inches of rain to get back on track. There is a slight
chance of rain Wednesday night in to Thursday. If we
do not get it then. We are going to have one big problem!
