TYPHOON UTOR CONTINUES TO STRENGTHEN IN THE PHILIPPINE SEA. IT APPEARS ON THE
ANIMATED SATELLITE IMAGES TO BE MOVING TOWARDS THE NORTHWEST. MAXIMUM
SUSTAINED WINDS AT 4 AM WERE ESTIMATED TO BE 65 KNOTS. UTOR IS EXPECTED TO
INCREASE IN STRENGTH AS IT MOVES INTO THE SOUTH CHINA SEA. AREAS EFFECTED BY
THE STORM IN NEXT 48 HOURS. TAIWAN, NORTHERN PHILIPPINES.
