WESTWARD OR NORTHWESTWARD OVER THE EASTERN GULF OF MEXICO DURING
THE NEXT 24 HOURS. SURFACE PRESSURES REMAIN HIGH IN THE AREA...AND
DEVELOPMENT IS NOT EXPECTED.
