The NHC had this to say:

CLOUDINESS AND SHOWERS...OCCASIONALLY HEAVY...OVER THE FLORIDA
PENINSULA AND ADJACENT WATERS...ARE ASSOCIATED PRIMARILY WITH A
WESTWARD MOVING TROPICAL WAVE. THIS ACTIVITY WILL LIKELY SPREAD
WESTWARD OR NORTHWESTWARD OVER THE EASTERN GULF OF MEXICO DURING
THE NEXT 24 HOURS. SURFACE PRESSURES REMAIN HIGH IN THE AREA...AND
DEVELOPMENT IS NOT EXPECTED.
