Severe weather has raked Eastern NC area again this evening... mutliple
reports of 1-4 feet of water flowing over roadways; a tornado reported;
wind damage and 1" hail reported. In addition, a friend of mine
reported seeing a tree struck by lightning in Raleigh about 75 feet from
him (when he came to :))
