[STORMREPORTS] Heavy rains in Southeast PA

With the remnants of tropical storm Allison and a cold front, heavy rain and
thunderstorms have been falling over the same area in Southeast Pennsylvania
for about 8 hours now. Bucks and Montgomery counties are hardest hit with
some areas reporting up to 9 inches of rain. Willow Grove Naval Base
recorded 2.23" in the last hour! At my house in Perkasie, I have recorded at
least 2.13" so far. I already heard reports of water rescues from people
trapped in cars. Flood warnings are in effect for most of the Philly metro
area.

It just keeps raining. The thunderstorms and showers just keep developing in
our area. The water just keeps rising.
