WeatherMatrix HQ, which is located in the center of Pennsylvania, is
under fire this afternoon, trapped between Allison's remnants moving up
from the southwest, and the thunderstorms ahead of a cold front moving
in from the northwest. Lines and individual cells have popped up.
According to SPC, a heavy rain event will develop here and
southeastward, bringing up to 2" per hour.
