[STORMREPORTS] Hail... finally... near WeatherMatrix HQ

One of the severe thunderstorms in Central PA brought Pea size,
bordering on marble sized hail to State College, PA, the home of
WeatherMatrix HQ. The storm developed just to the west of the town and
frequent lightning was observed; power flickered or went off for a few
seconds multiple times and there were also cable problems. A second
storm behind the first has now merged with it.
