Two non-confirmed Tornadoes have been spotted in Tuscola and Saginaw Counties
at approx. 2140 Hours. The First one, reported by a fireman was reported 3
miles east of Fosters, Michigan. The 2nd, was spotted 11 miles west of
Millington. Confirmation and Damage reports to Follow.
