[STORMREPORTS] Remnants of Allison pounding the Houston area

Former Director of the NHC Dr. Neil Frank(khou.com) reporting 38 inches
of rain primarily on the east side of Houston(I-10/I-610 area).
U.S. Coast Guard from Galveston rescuing people from a Houston hotel at
this time.
Several 18-wheelers got stuck in the sudden flash flooding on Interstate
10. 300 cars are underwater in the same area.
Rain has stopped at the present time but more rain bands are approaching
Houston in the next hour to 2 hrs.
