Storms that formed in East Tennessee fell apart as they came across the mountains, but refired near the NC/SC line. As the storms came over my area (Asheville, NC), I noticed the clouds were really moving with moderate and gusty winds, but not much rain. (Only a trace here). The storms formed a pretty solid line this evening, and slowly progressed into this nice bow echo. Radar from GSP NWS in South Carolina.
