The Drought perspective from here at CASI HQ in State College PA...
We have repeatedly missed the rainfalls that have reached southern and
even northern Pennsylvania during the last few weeks and are in severe
drought here.
We missed it again yesterday (we are a little to the east of State
College, I recorded a whopping "Trace")

And the monthly total is 0.28" here. My lawn, which was doing the best
ever due to weed treatment this year, has browned.
