May. 14: "Cimaron" Near Japan

Japan: Tropical Storm "Cimaron" is now located just to the east of Kadena,
Okinawa and heading toward the northeast at 18 mph, with maximum sustained
winds of around 50 mph and gusts up to 65 mph. "Cimaron" has weakened and
will continue to do so as it encounters the colder ocean waters. It will
bring steady rainfall to Central and Southern Japan. The cities of Osaka,
Nagoya and Tokyo will have plenty of rain along with rather windy conditions
through tomorrow, since these showers may linger for an additional 24 to 36
hours.
