Minimum at CASI HQ in Central PA: 11.5 {at} 8:42am

Hot Springs, VA has reported wind chills far below zero this morning.
04/18/2001-09Z -15.7 F at Hot Springs VA (HSP)
I would question their temperature of 21 but nearby
LEWISBURG/GREENBRIAR ARPT, WV
is reporting 25, and Hot Springs is at 3743 feet.
