[STORMREPORTS] High temperature rise at CASI HQ & Mid-Atlantic

Temperature has been skyrocketing this morning at CASI HQ, and the
Mid-Atlantic states. Here at HQ in Central PA, it has been rising from
the lower 40's at 8am to the 60's at 10am. The temperature change per
hour has been over 10 degrees!
