[STORMREPORTS] Elevation Storm & That's It For Central PA

Well, the new NWS forecast pretty much says it's all over for Central PA
- "less than an inch" accumulation expected from here on. So I come out
with about 5 inches. Even less than any area near me, per the
AccuWeather.com "snow so far" map at
http://www1.accuweather.com/iwxpage/adc/popup/storm/index.htm (bottom).

This was REALLY an elevation storm, I have heard of accumulations of
10-12" within miles of CASI HQ, but up in elevation. The situation was
that they started accumulating Sunday morning while CASI HQ and the town
of State College did not start seeing accumulation until mid-afternoon.
