It started snowing about 2:00PM EST in Conesus, New York about 35 miles
south of Rochester, NY. The temperature was hovering around 34F
at that time and the snow was wet and so compressed under it's own weight.
Now the temperature is 28F and we have an accumulation of 4" of
snow on the snow board as of this writing.
There are numerous accidents and two vehicle rollovers
in my immediate area because of slick roads.

The wind is currently at 2mph {at} 73 degrees.
The barometer is steady.
It's snowing.
